Our first few experiences of Goa captivated us. The joy we experienced peacefully living in a villa with a pool of our own led us to begin this journey of recreating such experiences again, for many others around us. What first began with few apartments, has developed into a collection of carefully crafted villas located all across the beautiful landscape of Goa. For the last 5 years we have had the opportunity to host many beautiful people and we have enjoyed it immensely.

Our love for what we once experienced when we first came to goa, captivated us to make it happen again for others around us. Soham began, first through simple apartments and eventually to complete villas that capture the essence of goa. One thing that has stayed consistent in all these years is our attempt to deliver the warmth of a friend in our assistance and the comfort of a home in our properties, luxury just happens to be the genre for it.
